About the role

Internship at Dryft building an autonomous decision system for large-scale manufacturing, combining agent-based reasoning with optimization and simulation on industrial data. Roles include end-to-end feature development, close collaboration with users, and delivering production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build agents people trust – develop routing, orchestration and guardrails for factory-week decisions.
  • Ship features end-to-end – work across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend and frontend, in production in initial weeks.
  • Work close to the users – sit with planners to understand needs and accelerate their workflow.
  • Own your own features from day one, delivering impact on a plant’s operations next week.

Qualifications

  • Full-stack shipper – shipped production code end-to-end, scalable backend and infra, and usable interfaces.
  • Highly technical – built something technically hard and can explain decisions.
  • Product sense – identify real user needs and prune unused features.
  • You care about getting it right – know when to optimize, when to simplify, and pursue root causes.
