About the role

Technical Program Manager leading end-to-end programs across Anthropic's IT & Security organization to deliver enterprise IT, office, and infrastructure solutions that enable all employees to be productive.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across Corporate Engineering domains to drive alignment and delivery: collaborate with globally distributed product, engineering, and architecture teams to adopt enterprise standards and enable faster delivery
  • Define and maintain core architectural foundations: establish and maintain architectural standards for Corporate Engineering systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
  • Lead office deployment and scaling programs: plan and execute new office builds and expansions, coordinating IT, Facilities, Security, and vendors to deliver operational workspaces on schedule
  • Own internal systems and infrastructure programs: drive programs for internal systems and hardware, including network infrastructure, AV, printing, and building tech integrations
  • Lead endpoint and device management programs: manage corporate laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint management for secure productivity
  • Drive IT Operations excellence: improve IT service delivery, support operations, and overall user experience with technology
  • Manage enterprise software and platform programs: lead programs for HR systems, productivity tools, and business applications from evaluation through deployment and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders: work with Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and other teams to meet diverse needs
  • Communicate effectively at all levels: present analyses and recommendations to leadership, discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers, and communicate broadly to the company

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, Corporate Engineering, or Enterprise Technology, with at least 4+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs
  • Technical background in enterprise IT systems including endpoint management, identity and access management, network infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
  • Experience leading office buildout or infrastructure deployment programs, coordinating across IT, Facilities, and external vendors
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role leading company-wide programs to successful completion
  • Strong communication skills translating technical concepts for executives and engaging with engineers on technical details
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments with shifting requirements and priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills partnering with IT, Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and other teams
