Senior Product Manager
About the role
Senior Product Manager at SureBright, an AI-native warranty company building with a strong emphasis on AI across the product, pricing, underwriting, claims, and customer experiences. Role is high-ownership, in-person in Gurgaon, India, with a focus on discovery-to-launch across multiple customer channels and AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and research: Find high-impact problems for retailers, brands, installers, and shoppers across online, in-store, and post-purchase channels; talk to customers and ops weekly; study market/tools; decide when to build, buy, or partner; map end-to-end workflows and identify breakpoints.
- Product definition and design: Write PRDs with goals, non-goals, user stories, edge cases, success metrics; design journeys, flows, and wireframes; define event tracking; work with compliance, underwriting, and claims teams.
- AI across the product: Decide where AI adds value and where humans should stay in control; define AI agent roles and handoffs; write evals and quality bars; design guardrails and audit trails; work with AI/ML engineers on models and retrieval (RAG).
- Execution and iteration: Run sprint planning with engineering; own release quality and rollout plans; own product metrics (conversion, attach rate, retention, claims cycle time, CSAT/NPS); run experiments and iterate quickly.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management (startup experience strongly preferred), or founder experience owning product end to end
- A track record of shipping 0 to 1 products and improving them with data and feedback
- Hands-on experience with AI or LLM products, or prototypes you built yourself
- Comfortable writing SQL or pulling your own data
- Full-time, in-person in Gurgaon, India, 5 days a week
- Available for regular evening calls (IST) with teams and customers in the US and Canada
