About the role
Reasoning Fine-Tuning role at TrainLoop. The UX / Product Designer will shape end-user interactions for tools that help experts teach and improve specialized models, defining interaction patterns from sketch to shipped interface in a new category.
Responsibilities
- Design, product design for tools enabling experts to teach and refine models over time.
- Shape interaction patterns for the category from first sketches to shipped interfaces.
- Help users understand model learning, improvements, and when to trust results.
- Define how users teach models, recognize their own judgment in results, and guide improvement over time.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX / Product design (as indicated).
