About the role
Head of Growth at Y/n, an AI entertainment company building immersive storytelling. Lead community and distribution, end-to-end creative strategy, and growth initiatives to move from #4 to #1 in the App Store.
Responsibilities
- Producing creative assets (or commissioning them)
- Scaling and optimizing paid advertisement
- Coming up with new bets to increase Y/n’s top of funnel
Qualifications
- Experience in growth/marketing roles, ideally at consumer or prosumer products
- Operational rigor and creativity with a track record of delivering measurable growth
- Willingness to own a large surface of the company and execute toward ambitious goals
