About the role
Dexter is seeking a Founders’ Associate to work directly with the founders, driving growth experiments, GTM scale, and AI-enabled automations to move faster than larger teams.
Responsibilities
- Run and iterate on our outbound and lead-generation engine, from target-account strategy and messaging to execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Identify and prioritize customer segments and ICPs using customer conversations, market research, and quantitative analysis.
- Design and execute growth experiments across channels, partnerships, events, and creative commercial initiatives, and make clear recommendations based on the results.
- Build AI-enabled and automated workflows that increase the speed, quality, and scalability of customer research, prospecting, outreach, call analysis, and reporting.
- Develop decision-ready analyses, operating plans, and materials for strategic company and founder-level decisions.
- Act as a thought partner to the founders: challenge assumptions, identify problems early, and proactively propose solutions.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of high-performance experience in a demanding environment such as a startup, consulting, VC, or finance.
- Self-starter with initiative and ownership.
- Commercially minded with curiosity about customers and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Excitement about AI and automation; experience with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or willingness to self-teach.
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution; desire to systematize recurring work.
- Clear and concise written/spoken communication.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in English and German.
