About the role

Accounting Manager role at WeTravel, based in Austin with remote day-to-day work and some in-person meetings; responsible for advancing the company’s finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight across global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Owning transaction and payment revenue and the revenue ledger, including collaboration with Product and Engineering to understand the product pipeline and revenue impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including 2+ years with a large US public accounting firm
  • Active CPA license
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Ramp, Excel, Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global organization
  • Experience managing a team
  • Willingness to travel to Amsterdam HQ 2-3 times a year
