About the role
Staff Graphic Designer to lead packaging and print collateral design reflecting brand across US and international markets, driving language and strategy, collaborating with regional teams, and managing production from concept to final files.
Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead conceptualization and design of innovative packaging solutions from concept through final production files for domestic and international markets.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement packaging strategies that differentiate on shelf across global markets.
- International & Regional Collaboration: Design location-specific packaging and collateral, adapting layouts, imagery, and messaging for local markets while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Production Management: Prepare and manage production files with dielines, finishes, color, and print specs; oversee proofs and press checks to ensure accuracy across printers and regions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, supply chain, brand, and marketing teams to ensure feasible, on-brand designs aligned with business objectives; present concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with printers and packaging vendors to troubleshoot production issues and ensure design intent is preserved.
- Feedback & Revisions: Manage feedback loops and make timely adjustments based on team input and regional insights.
- Project Management: Maintain timelines, manage multiple projects and parallel regional workstreams with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional design experience in print and/or packaging.
- Strong portfolio showcasing typography, layout, and print design expertise.
