About the role

Senior Android Developer to build modern, scalable mobile solutions for a major U.S. construction industry technology company. Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to deliver reliable features.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Help define and promote best practices for architecture, testing, and code quality
  • Lead code reviews and technical discussions
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver features with high reliability
  • Monitor app performance and contribute to scalable architecture decisions
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers on the team

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • Solid experience with Kotlin and Android SDK
  • Practical knowledge of Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Room, and dependency injection with Hilt or Dagger
  • Good understanding of mobile architecture and testing practices
  • Clear communication and autonomy in technical decision-making
  • Comfortable working in English with distributed teams
