About the role

Senior-level role responsible for delivering high-quality franchisee-facing Operations training, developing and maintaining training programs and resources, measuring program effectiveness, and partnering across RTSCs to scale training experiences for the JETSET franchise network.

Responsibilities

  • Own the preparation, delivery, follow-up, and continuous improvement of core Operations training programs hosted through the RTSC, including Operational Readiness Training (ORT), FBO 2, and future franchisee-facing Operations training programs.
  • Oversee training readiness (materials, pre-work, participant communications, content) and facilitate content across training experiences.
  • Ensure training materials, facilitator resources, and content remain current and accurate.
  • Manage required pre-work and participant communications; track completion and follow-up.
  • Collect and evaluate participant feedback; identify trends and knowledge gaps; translate into recommendations for program improvement.
  • Support updates to training experiences as systems, processes, standards, and business needs evolve.
  • Partner with DFOs and SMEs to incorporate expertise; coordinate with RTSC Office Operations Manager for logistics progression.
  • Lead or support RTSC workshops and development experiences; adapt content based on needs; capture learnings and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain franchisee-facing Operations training programs, resources, and facilitator guides; refresh content based on feedback and performance trends.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance; establish measures of success; report findings to Director of Operations Programs & Development.
  • Support onboarding, ongoing education, and professional development experiences for regional pod teams; develop standardized training materials and cadences.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness of internal Operations training and continued education programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, operations, or related field
  • Experience facilitating engaging workshops for diverse audiences
  • Experience developing, implementing, and refining training programs, materials, and resources
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, presentation tools, and LMS
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple programs
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across departments and levels
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities and solutions
  • Experience in franchising, multi-unit operations, boutique fitness, hospitality, or service-based business preferred
  • Willingness to travel between RTSC locations and other JETSET markets as needed
