About the role

Managerial finance role focusing on FP&A, financial reporting, and strategic partnerships to support CoreWeave's CPU product organization and company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A processes for the CPU product organization, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to provide impact analysis of key decisions, tradeoffs, and product strategy.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the proper financial controls on all CPU investments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including capacity, infrastructure, and operations to support overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within cloud.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
