About the role
Hands-on logistics role responsible for smooth and timely flow of OFCI materials, goods, and information within Nebius supply chain and production process. Coordinates delivery between suppliers, vendors, and internal departments, expediting critical components for infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track orders, shipments, and production schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Identify and resolve delays or supply chain issues.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
- Expedite urgent orders and prioritize critical shipments.
- Communicate status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related experience
- Experience in expediting, procurement, or logistics (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems
