About the role

Early Talent role focused on capacity management and infrastructure operations within Nebius, supporting GPU node repairs, node acceptance monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance coordination across data centers in Amsterdam and Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

  • GPU Node Repair Process: Monitor GPU node availability and repair metrics; track SLAs; analyze backlogs; collaborate with Hardware Infrastructure and Platform teams; maintain dashboards, Jira tickets, and status reports; identify recurring problems and process improvements.
  • Node Acceptance Monitoring: Establish and maintain operational monitoring for node acceptance; monitor results; track SLAs; ensure teams are aware of failed tests; coordinate issue resolution; analyze failures and improve dashboards and procedures.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance Coordination: Plan and coordinate maintenance activities; prepare plans and checklists; coordinate with engineering teams; track tasks; support communications and reporting; document outcomes and follow-up actions; improve maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

  • You are currently completing, or have recently completed, a degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, operations management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and operational metrics.
  • Ability to organize information, track multiple activities, and follow up on tasks.
  • Clear communication and collaboration with technical specialists and managers.
  • Proactive problem solver, capable of improving processes within established frameworks.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Interest in cloud infrastructure, technical operations, and cross-functional project management.
