About the role

Lead Product Data Analyst to drive company-wide product strategy and quantify the clinical, operational, and financial impact of Hippocratic AI's healthcare AI platform. Establish foundational measurement and evaluation strategy for AI clinical agents at scale, including critic frameworks, safety baselines, and quality criteria across product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Define how we measure success: establish company-wide AI agent evaluation frameworks, critic architectures, and quality baselines; define North Star metrics and multi-tier measurement strategies; design analytical approaches for evaluating product changes and program impact including real-world settings without randomized experiments; conduct pre- and post-launch analyses.

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of progressive experience in product analytics, product strategy, data analytics, business strategy, or management consulting within high-growth tech or healthcare environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, or related).
  • Advanced SQL and independently analyze large, complex datasets; working Python proficiency preferred.
  • Track record of driving executive consensus and directly influencing company-wide product strategy, roadmaps, and capital allocation using data.
  • Experience with product analytics/BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
  • Design analytical approaches to evaluate product changes and program impact — including in real-world settings where randomized experiments aren't possible.
  • Proven experience building sophisticated ROI models, business cases, or economic evaluations, presenting directly to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
