Responsibilities

  • Own employer conversion from signup to employee invites, driving a key company growth metric.
  • Use funnel data, customer research, and feedback to identify friction and opportunities.
  • Run experiments across onboarding, in-product experiences, and lifecycle messaging to improve conversion.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to ship improvements, from quick wins to larger product changes.
  • Build and test growth programs, including sales-assist, targeted outreach, and broker handoffs.
  • Track performance, share learnings, and turn successful experiments into repeatable growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product growth, product management, or a similar role, with direct ownership of conversion or activation.
  • A track record of improving self-serve or product-led funnels, with measurable results.
  • Strong experimentation instincts. Ability to form a hypothesis, design a test, and distinguish signal from noise.
  • Comfortable analyzing data directly, including SQL and product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Strong product judgment and experience working with Engineering and Design to ship improvements.
  • Ability to move quickly, take ownership, and turn ambiguous problems into action.
