About the role

Lead DFT Engineer within the Radeon Technologies Group focusing on front-end design/integration, implementing and verifying DFT architectures, scan insertion, ATPG patterns, and post-silicon support to improve yield and bring-up.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and verification of DFT architecture and features
  • Scan insertion and ATPG pattern generation
  • ATPG patterns verification with gate-level simulation
  • Test coverage and test cost reduction analysis
  • Post silicon support to ensure successful bring up and enhance yield learning

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering

Required:DFT methodologies
Nice to have:Mentor testkompress and/or Synopsys Tetramax/DFTMAXVCS simulationPerl/Shell scriptingVerilog RTL design
