About the role

Senior Product Manager responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Real Time Bidding pipeline within the Helix RTB team, driving roadmap, delivery, experimentation, and cross-team collaboration to optimize bidding, pricing, and data-driven decision making in a massive real-time mobile ad ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap of the bidding pipeline. How we target, price, pace and cap, and what goes live in the bid path and when.
  • Own the delivery. Adapt to changes, set clear priorities, communicate effectively
  • Own experimentation as a product. Ensure teams can run experiments, trust results, and get fast answers
  • Keep the pieces fitting together. Anticipate changes in one team that could impact another before production
  • Contribute to the product strategy beyond your scope.

Qualifications

  • Experience in programmatic advertising. Worked on pricing, bidding or auction logic on a DSP, bidder or exchange, understand the pipeline from bid request to win, and business impact.
  • Analytical mindset. Back decisions with data and understand pricing and experimentation statistics.
  • Ownership of outcomes across teams. Identify and fix cross-team issues before they ship.
  • Experience using AI tooling to write specs, analyze data and prototype; able to move faster as a result.
