About the role
Recursive is building safe, recursively self-improving AI to automate knowledge discovery. The role involves working with researchers and engineers to identify promising questions, develop ideas, implement experiments, and establish what works in pursuit of AI that improves AI and builds on what is learned.
Responsibilities
- Identify promising questions and develop ideas to advance Recursive’s methods.
- Implement experiments to test hypotheses and gather reproducible insights.
- Establish what works and communicate evidence-based results to the team.
- Produce reproducible insights and methods that improve capability, reliability, or safety of Recursive’s systems.
- Leave results and tools that help the team make better research decisions.
