About the role

Senior product leader responsible for the Cloud Platform & Infrastructure roadmap and Skydio’s on-prem product line, including multi-cloud/multi-region, government-compliant platforms and air-gapped/self-hosted deployments. Collaborates with SRE, cloud engineering, security & compliance, legal, GTM, and executives to deliver scalable, secure platform foundations while maintaining a fast, simple customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer & sales engagement: run discovery with government and commercial customers; surface the why, build business case for investment, validate proposed solutions in the field, and help grow the business by providing platform capabilities with clearly communicated delivery expectations.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years product experience shipping cloud platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products or adjacent technical products
  • Demonstrated track record of turning customer pain into a prioritized roadmap and driving cross-functional programs to completion
  • Experience shipping products under regulatory constraint (FedRAMP, CJIS, DoD RMF ideal; SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, or financial regulatory work counts)
  • Track record of shipping platform features that improve reliability, scalability, security, and/or cost
  • Strong program management and stakeholder influence skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience briefing executives and external auditors
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder due to export control and government contracting requirements
  • Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within first 60 days (strongly encouraged; required for some positions)
