About the role

Internship in the Marketplace team focused on data-driven performance analysis to improve seller and overall marketplace performance, with hybrid work in Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple projects to improve business performance, engagement and experience of the sellers on a daily basis, leveraging data analysis and data models to provide insights.
  • Communicate results and strategies to other teams.
  • Collaborate with head of Seller Success to understand trends and opportunities for sellers.
  • Daily monitoring of KPIs to control how the business is growing.
  • Lead analysis to assess impacts of strategic choices on performance (incremental generated, cannibalization, profitability).

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strategic and commercially minded thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a critical mindset.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Passion for fashion and e-commerce is a plus.
