About the role

Partner to the Director of Workplace AI, shaping AI use cases, quantifying impact, and producing decision-quality analyses to support buy/build decisions and post-deployment value tracking across business units.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to unpack ambiguous asks into clear problem statements, hypotheses about where AI adds leverage, and testable success criteria.
  • Map current workflows, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and quantify potential impact of new AI solutions (e.g., time saved, error reduction, risk reduction, throughput gains).
  • Collaborate with the Director and technical partners to define use-case scope, requirements, and business value; build simple business cases comparing options.
  • Run targeted market research, compile vendor information, and build comparison frameworks (capabilities, cost, risk, fit) that inform buy vs build recommendations.
  • Partner with business teams to establish pre-deployment baselines; design practical, business-facing metrics and dashboards to track adoption and value post-deployment.
  • Draft concise business case documents, evaluation summaries, and ROI updates for senior leaders.
  • Monitor usage and outcome data, compare performance against baselines and expectations, and highlight where AI solutions are succeeding or underperforming.
  • Use data (feedback, usage, outcomes) to inform training focus, messaging, and iteration priorities; surface insights to fine-tune adoption strategies.

Qualifications

  • 12 years in consulting, business analysis, product strategy, transformation, or similar analytically heavy IC roles.
  • Strong fluency with modern AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise productivity tools; able to understand solution patterns and constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience structuring ambiguous business problems and delivering clear, data-informed recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with quantitative analysis on operational and business metrics (Excel/Sheets, BI tools, or similar).
  • Ability to turn stakeholder conversations and data into crisp narratives, business cases, and recommendation documents.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders on technology-enabled change (tools, workflows, or process improvements).
  • Strong communication skills, especially in written form (memos, decks, summaries) for senior, non-technical audiences.
