Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated USAF campaign picture across all X-BAT FoS USAF pursuits, including strategy status, critical path, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and campaign health.
  • Enable GTM leads with templates, playbooks, data, competitive inputs, and cross-functional access to build and execute capture plans; success measured by outcomes of GTM leads.

  • Steward indirect investment by tracking campaign investment, indirect spend, and resource planning against priorities and returns.
  • Scale discipline by capturing lessons learned and translating them into repeatable tools, templates, metrics, and playbooks for new campaigns.
  • Support a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Personally drive execution of critical customer responses (RFI, RFP, CSO, etc.) with cross-functional inputs while GTM lead retains ownership of win strategy and proposal content.

  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across functions and geographies.
  • Strong executive communication including leadership briefings, dashboards, metrics, and decision-support materials.
  • Operational rigor in schedules, critical path, milestones, action tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with competing priorities across time zones.
