About the role

Senior Manager responsible for creating a positive customer interaction environment, driving performance goals and business priorities, developing other managers, and partnering with Store Leader on strategy and decision making within Apple Retail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers, modeling desired behavior, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners when appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering learning.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
  • Be a role model for inclusive leadership, building, developing, and retaining diverse teams.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and approved accommodations.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
  • Have 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
