About the role

Role within the Americas Reseller Operations team focusing on RO CSAM / Business & Education lead. Drive analytics, strategic insights, and process/systems improvements for the Business & Education (B&E) market at Apple. Manage a critical customer account, standardize deliverables, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sell-through and channel health.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business analytics and insights for the Business & Education market within AMR Operations and partner with Sales and regional teams to scale the B&E management system.
  • Become an authority on supply chain KPIs and complexities to optimize B&E channel health and provide inputs to run-the-business alignment discussions (e.g., weekly product reviews and quarter-end syncs).
  • Provide data-driven models and analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Aggregate key channel insights for B&E and influence decisions to optimize sell-through.
  • Standardize account deliverables and partner across regions on initiatives and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to take projects from concept to implementation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities supported by data analysis; create measurement frameworks to drive corrective action and improve customer experience.
  • Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field required. MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant Operations experience.
  • Extensive experience in reporting, data mining, and ad hoc analytics; proficient with large data from multiple sources.
  • Advanced Excel skills including macros.
