About the role

Leader of a high-performing team of Engineering Project Managers supporting the full software development lifecycle across Software Engineering, Product Management, QA, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-quality Intelligent System Experience software solutions. Acts as the central hub across Software, Hardware, and Design to drive groundbreaking technology across operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers.
  • Drive complex projects across platforms, delivering features while meeting tight deadlines and quality targets.
  • Coordinate across Software, Hardware, and Design teams to deliver groundbreaking technology across operating systems.
  • Manage processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency.
  • Deliver written and verbal communications, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in software engineering project or program management
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience (hiring, career development, performance management)
  • Experience launching customer-facing software products with strong operational rigor
  • Extensive expertise in managing SDLC processes with a metrics focus
  • Strong problem-solving, cross-functional consultation, and organizational planning skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to design, define, and scale new operational processes from scratch
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, well-structured documentation (project plans, reports, presentations)
  • Strong verbal communication skills in team meetings and stakeholder presentations
  • Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences (technical teams, senior management, external partners)
  • Self-motivated with creative and critical thinking
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities
  • Curious mindset about new ideas
