About the role

Business-focused Retail role focused on developing and growing relationships with high-potential business customers, delivering Apple-enabled solutions, mentoring the team on business needs, and driving business performance through account management and CRM-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and engage business customers by showcasing technology and solutions.
  • Help customers discover how Apple and third-party products can support their business needs.
  • Proactively engage with and provide excellent customer service to Apple Retail Business customers, understanding their needs and identifying ownership opportunities.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on business solutions and mentor the team on business customer needs.
  • Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events to fit customers’ business needs with unique offerings.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to transition accounts per engagement strategy for a seamless customer experience.
  • Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management using CRM and other tools.
  • Maintain process mastery of all Retail Business programs and offerings to ensure policy compliance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in your line of business.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales or related work experience.
  • Extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services.
  • Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken; sign language supported).
