About the role

Lead the People Business Partner team to drive and implement people strategies for the APAC Sales organization. Serve as a senior advisor to business leaders, drive organizational effectiveness and culture transformation in alignment with global and regional objectives, and act as the Japan & Korea People Site leader coordinating with cross-functional teams. Partner with local, regional, and global leaders to balance strategic and operational execution while fostering Apple culture and community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the People Business Partner team in driving and implementing People strategies for APAC Sales.

Qualifications

  • - Proven experience supporting senior leadership (Director/VP level and above) and partnering with client groups across multiple countries and complex markets in Asia Pacific.
  • - Experience leading strategy and implementation in Organisational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Talent & Performance Management.
  • - Ability to drive decisions using analytical data and trends.
  • - Fluency in Japanese and understanding of Japan & Korea markets (preferred).
  • - Strategic agility in building people strategies and prioritisation.
  • - Experience leading senior teams and developing team members.
  • - Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
  • - HR Manager or HRBP with experience leading People Team in a matrix organisation; track record of building high-performance teams and developing others.
  • - Experience working with senior executives in Asia Pacific and understanding cultural nuances.
  • - Experience collaborating with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and On-boarding.
  • - Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Positive energy and drive for constant improvement and change.
  • - Proven track record in leading organizational transformation in Asia Pacific.
