About the role

Role within Apple’s Technical Accounting team focusing on providing accounting guidance for complex transactions, establishing and educating on accounting policies, supporting cross-functional policy implementations, and contributing to close-related analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical research and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions.
  • Establish, document, and educate others on Apple-wide accounting policies.
  • Support cross-functional implementation of new accounting policies, serving as the accounting subject matter expert.
  • Participate in close-related accounting reviews and analyses.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive experience, including people management experience.
  • Experience in Big 4 accounting firm and a technical accounting department.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • CPA or equivalent.
