About the role

The Business Pro develops and grows relationships with high-potential business customers, helping businesses succeed by leveraging Apple products, services, and solutions. They act as a go-to expert on business solutions, mentor the team, and collaborate with leadership to connect customers with tools and offerings that support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and engage business customers by showcasing technology and recommending Apple and third-party products and solutions for businesses
  • Provide excellent customer service to Apple Retail Business customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating them on relevant ways to buy
  • Serve as the go-to expert on business solutions and mentor the team on business customer needs and solutions
  • Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events by identifying and recommending unique offerings to fit customers’ business needs
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to transition accounts according to the account engagement strategy for a seamless customer experience
  • Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management using CRM and other tools
  • Maintain process mastery of Retail Business programs and offerings to ensure policy and procedure compliance
  • Perform other tasks including providing customer service and support in your line of business
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Qualifications

  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in your work location, and reliably attend work as scheduled
  • Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience
  • Have extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services
  • Be proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported)
