About the role

Silicon Technologies group focused on validating next-generation SoCs and CPUs by developing and executing system-level, bare-metal tests to find corner-case hardware bugs post-silicon and with pre-silicon validation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop SoC and CPU directed and random tests
  • Debug issues pre-silicon or post-silicon
  • Develop and maintain system-level SW platform
  • Work with designers and architects to accomplish validation goals

Qualifications

  • BS in EE or CS + 3 years of experience
  • SOC and CPU knowledge; Micro-architecture, Memory hierarchy, Interrupt and DMA, Clock and Power Gating, System level understanding, & Experience with SoC bringup
  • C/C++ and Assembly language programmer
  • Knowledge of Hardware and Software debug tools and methods
  • Experience with embedded programming with an understanding of hardware-software interfaces
