About the role

Internship position focused on developing and evaluating computer vision and GenAI algorithms for photorealistic humans in multi-modal and 3D contexts. Potential areas include human-centric multi-modal generative models, video diffusion, 3D reconstruction, and human-object interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve computer vision and GenAI algorithms for modeling photorealistic humans in complex and diverse scenarios.
  • Explore and contribute to potential internship areas such as: Human-centric multi-modal generative models; Human-centric video diffusion models; Human behavior modeling and simulation; Human-Object Interaction; Human-Computer Interaction; 3D reconstruction of humans; Face and body tracking.

Qualifications

  • Working towards a PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field; PhD students are preferred for research-focused internships.
  • Strong understanding of modern machine learning techniques (generative, multi-modal, and foundational models; video understanding; self-supervised learning).
  • Fluency in Python and Machine Learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
