About the role

Lead strategic, cross-functional programs within Apple’s Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team to improve Retail Fulfillment Operations, including online and physical store fulfillment, gifting, payment and affordability options, trade-in/repair strategies, replenishment, inventory management, and sustainability initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to define roadmaps and deliver technology and process solutions that enhance customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and enable business growth across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional programs from concept through delivery
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and scalable technology solutions
  • Partner with functional teams and IS&T to align business process and systems design
  • Define and manage process and capability roadmaps
  • Drive testing, rollout, training, and post-launch review
  • Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership
  • Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
  • Define KPIs and measure project and operational success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to any audience level
  • Self starter
  • Experience defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics
  • Proficient in process mapping and other process analysis techniques
  • Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, rollout, training, and post-launch support
  • Proven track record managing global, complex projects including stakeholder engagement and risk management
