About the role

Business Pro role within Apple Retail focused on developing and growing relationships with high-potential business customers, delivering Apple solutions, and guiding the team on business needs and solutions. Partners with leadership to connect customers with tools and solutions to help their businesses thrive, while maintainingRFC customer service and achieving sales/business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and engage business customers by showcasing technology and demonstrating how Apple and third-party products can enhance businesses and serve employees and customers.
  • Proactively engage with Apple Retail Business customers to understand needs, identify ownership opportunities, present products and services, and educate on relevant buying options.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on business solutions and mentor the team on business customer needs and solutions.
  • Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events; identify and recommend offerings to fit customers’ business needs.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to transition accounts per account engagement strategy for a seamless customer experience.
  • Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management using CRM and other tools.
  • Maintain process mastery of Retail Business programs and offerings to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in your line of business.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services.
  • Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
