About the role

Internship across multiple information security teams at Apple, offering training and hands-on experience in security initiatives, with opportunities to work on software engineering, detection engineering and incident response, penetration testing, and application security assessments. High-performing interns may receive full-time offers into the Information Security Development Program (ISDP).

Responsibilities

  • A variety of software engineering positions
  • Detection engineering and incident response
  • Penetration testing and application security assessments

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, IT, or other related fields of study
  • Proficiency in one or more of: Server-side development (Python, Java, Golang), Web development (HTML, CSS), Machine Learning (Python, R), Data Processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark)
  • Leadership experience
  • Related internship experience
  • Excellent quantitative and interpersonal skills
  • Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for discovering and researching emerging technologies in Information Security
  • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize as needed
