About the role

Apple Retail Pro leveraging deep product and service knowledge to provide customized solutions, mentor store teammates, and drive Apple’s business by delivering exceptional customer experiences across a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
  • Stay knowledgeable on Apple offerings, Product Zone sales processes, technology trends, and broader market context.
  • Mentor others in the store on Apple products/services, purchase options, and current/emerging technology.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
