About the role

Strategic Programs Coordinator within Apple IS&T Services Technology, responsible for operational backbone of a globally distributed program spanning multiple value streams and delivery teams, focused on program operations, executive coordination, vendor/financial operations, and team logistics to improve execution speed, quality, and governance for Services technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Championing Team Culture & Engagement: develop onboarding experiences, celebrations, and connection across a distributed team; own the product powering the communications strategy; orchestrate team events.
  • Establishing Programatic Operations: manage operational rhythm for multiple programs, track milestones, maintain docs and status reporting, support governance and quarterly reviews, translate activity into actionable artifacts (weekly rollups, QBR inputs), ensure dependencies and decisions move.
  • Coordinating Vendor & Financial Operations: partner on procurement and vendor operations (SoW review, PR/PO initiation and tracking, invoice approval, onboarding/offboarding); act as lead point of contact with VMO and related stakeholders; communicate policy changes to leadership.
  • Managing Team Logistics & Assets: manage travel, facilities, equipment, asset tracking, occupancy data, space assessments, cross-site coordination as program scales.
  • Executive Coordination: orchestrate executive and cross-functional meetings (leadership reviews, client QBRs, value stream syncs, all-hands, program summits); shape agendas, prepare briefing materials, capture decisions/action items, ensure follow-through; anticipate executive needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, executive coordination, or program leadership supporting technology or transformation programs at scale.
  • 4+ years experience with KPI’s or OKRs and developing dashboards.
  • 3+ years of experience managing people, including leading teams across multiple operational disciplines.
  • An AI-first approach to streamlining operations and coordination.
