About the role

Logistics Services Specialist to manage undelivered shipments, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and use data to drive improvements in delivery processes across Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer fulfilment experience by tracking key metrics and resolving shipping exceptions.
  • Work with partners across Inbound, Outbound, Distribution Center, Contact Center, Reseller Ops, Retail Fulfilment, and 3PLs.
  • Review partner performance and customer behaviour to spot issues and take action.
  • Build dashboards and reports with support from the Business Process Re-engineering team.
  • Support peak periods and adjust to shifting operational needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in logistics operations or customer service.
  • A relevant degree.
  • Clear communication skills across writing, speaking, and presenting.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using analytics or BI tools (Tableau, GBI).
  • Ability to interpret data and use it to guide decisions.
