About the role

Drive commercial strategies to optimize revenue growth, shape go-to-market plans for strategic initiatives, and guide commercial decision-making for Apple Retail. Focus on growth for Apple’s hardware products in partnership with regional teams and act as the voice of Apple Retail for company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current demand trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape for the smartphone, laptop, tablet, smartwatch, and audio categories, analyzing financial and brand implications to determine the most opportune commercial moments for Apple.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies, promotions roadmaps, and new initiatives in partnership with Channel Sales and Product Marketing to support revenue and margin growth across products and customer segments.
  • Create detailed annual plans that support long-term strategies and new initiatives, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Channel Sales to build and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans.
  • Build relationships with internal and external teams and leaders to influence decisions and align objectives.
  • Shape innovative commercial strategies with creative foresight to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the retail, commerce, or financial services industries.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Experience in strategy or customer experience functions, developing and leading business initiatives that address long-term objectives.
  • Experience analyzing complex data to inform commercial and strategic business decisions.
