About the role

Apple seeks an experienced Analog/Mixed-signal IP Design Engineering Lead to drive development of high-speed Analog and Mixed-signal IPs for SoCs from concept to mass production, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure IP quality, schedule, and success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of new and complex Analog/Mixed-signal IPs from early concept to mass production.
  • Work closely with SoC Integration teams to ensure high-level achievements for IP development.
  • Proactively drive technical work with Apple SoC teams, supervising, resolving issues and bug tracking.
  • Lead weekly meetings with IP consumers to address technical concerns, provide updates, and foster collaboration.
  • Distill complex technical information into clear and concise communication for partners and organizations at all levels.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering or relevant technical discipline and 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience building high-speed Analog and Mixed-signal IPs, such as Data converters, PLLs, SerDes IPs.
  • Experience includes a track record of experience in any one of the following: Analog-mixed-signal (AMS) IP design OR Design engineering management in AMS space.
