About the role

Product Manager Technical to bridge finance business partners and IS&T, defining strategy for financial postings across SAP and non-SAP applications, and delivering large cross-functional finance transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with finance business partners and IS&T architecture teams to define the future direction, vision, and strategy for financial posting across all applications and platforms.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between finance and product, translating business posting requirements into system and integration designs across SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP) and adjacent non-SAP platforms.
  • Own delivery management for large, cross-functional finance transformation projects — tracking scope, schedule, risk, and dependencies across requirements gathering, technical design reviews, GAP, IT, UAT, Go Live, and Warranty stages.
  • Partner with local leadership across sites to manage resource planning and finance track management, ensuring the right skills and capacity are aligned to project demand.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and decision forums, brokering alignment when finance, IS&T, and business stakeholders hold differing priorities or technical approaches.
  • Provide regular status reporting and executive-level updates on program health, risks, and resourcing to finance and IS&T leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify financial posting patterns across applications, reducing manual reconciliation effort.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a Technical Product/Program Management role within finance systems, ERP or enterprise IT environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience managing full project lifecycles (requirements through go-live and warranty support) for cross-functional, multi-application initiatives.
  • Experience managing resource planning and capacity across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
