About the role

Leader of the Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team driving a portfolio of projects to transform Apple’s Supply and Demand Planning capabilities. Focuses on AI-driven innovation, end-to-end reengineering of planning processes, and跨-functional collaboration across Global Planning, Cross Functional Operations, and Technical partners to deliver scalable, transformational improvements in finished goods planning and related interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with WW Operations Senior Leadership to establish strategies, priorities, and portfolio execution.
  • Define and manage multi-year technical capability roadmaps for all areas related to Apple’s Supply and Demand Planning, including upstream/downstream connections.
  • Provide functional subject matter expertise in Supply/Demand Management and leverage industry trends and innovative technology.
  • Champion end-to-end rethinking of planning processes with AI, guiding adoption and transformation across teams.
  • Oversight of business case development, ROI estimation, executive funding approval, and full portfolio accountability for CapEx, resources, timeline, and scope.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through mentoring and development.
  • Contribute to WW BPR Leadership discussions and strategy.
  • Act as liaison between operations and technical partners for comprehensive solutions.
  • Manage complex business processes across multiple functions to enable accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Oversee project rollout, training, and post-mortems with lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Drive change management, influence decisions, and ensure customer-focused adoption.
  • Address escalations with root-cause analysis and timely resolutions.
  • Define and implement metrics to measure portfolio and team success.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree plus 10-15+ years relevant experience in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience with minimum 10+ years of leadership experience responsible for global supply chain transformation, preferably in high-tech / consumer electronics industries.
  • Deep and broad expertise in Finished Goods Supply and Demand Planning, Logistics Planning, and corresponding systems and processes.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Customer Allocation, and Available to Promise; understanding impact of roadmaps and New Product Introduction.
  • Proven experience defining and managing multi-year technical capability roadmaps across complex, global operations domains.
  • Track record of leading strategic programs with tactical execution capability.
  • Strong understanding of systems infrastructure and data integration for large-scale planning.
  • Familiarity with Optimization, Machine Learning, and analytical models in supply chain planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executives and operational teams.
  • Experience managing Capital Expenditure, resources, and complex project schedules in a prioritized portfolio.
  • Ability to lead and motivate global teams across multiple efforts in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Forward-thinking perspective on AI in supply and demand planning and ability to articulate opportunities to leadership.
  • MS/MBA in supply chain, engineering or related field.
