Lead Operator for Formulation on night shift based in Concord, NC. Manages night-shift formulation operations within Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute formulation operations during night shift.
- Supervise formulation team and ensure adherence to procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor production schedules, quality parameters, and yield targets.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to ensure smooth night operations.
- Report production metrics and issues to site leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in formulation or related manufacturing operations.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of GMP and safety standards.
- Ability to work night shifts and manage a rotating schedule as required.
