Sales Development Representative
About the role
We're a passionate and ambitious team redesigning healthcare for over 80 million underserved Americans. Built a direct primary and urgent care health plan with a national provider network, delivering virtual and in-home visits to ensure accessible high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound prospecting
- Run high-volume outbound cold outreaches to identify qualified opportunities and secure meetings
- Represent the company’s products and services to potential customer
- Learn about and document our target audiences’ challenges and understand their pain points
Qualifications
- One (1) or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets/quotas
- You are a hunter and are passionate, assertive, and confident with a never quit / get-it-done attitude
- You are thrilled about the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of others
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven, creative problem-solving skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
