About the role

A full-time role in healthcare operations at Delfino AI focusing on automating provider-payor communications using generative AI.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our generative AI-powered platform in making calls to payors
  • Check call outputs for accuracy and completeness
  • Check call recordings for quality
  • Help train our AI technology by providing feedback and recommendations
  • Take an entrepreneurial mentality to identify new opportunities
  • Have a front row seat to a fast growing, early stage Y Combinator company

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in insurance benefits verification, prior authorization and/or medical billing
  • Worked in healthcare for 2+ years
  • Ability to execute a high volume of tasks with extreme accuracy, while balancing for speed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to provide recommendations for improvements
  • Excited to learn quickly and try new technologies, including generative AI
  • Ability to work in compliance with HIPAA regulations
