About the role

Lead development and scaling of an AI-based product using generative AI and full-stack development, with a focus on healthcare automation.

Lead development and scaling of our voice AI-based product
Work across the full stack from AI LLM models, backend development, and light frontend development
Ensure the product maintains a high bar for security, privacy, reliability, performance, accuracy, and code quality
Create API integrations with third parties
Take an entrepreneurial mentality to identify new opportunities
Integrate and optimize LLM-based voice AI features
Have a front row seat at a fast growing, early stage YC company

6+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience designing, developing and maintaining complex web applications
Strong coding skills, ideally including Python and JavaScript
Experience with AI software development, particularly with LLMs
Thrives in remote environments and can communicate well
Excited about iterating quickly and solving complex problems in a start-up environment
