About the role

POSH is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help scale the business in the battery energy storage sector.

Responsibilities

  • You will wear multiple hats and work directly with the founders on business and operation-related execution.
  • Implement AI-driven initiatives across business functions to ensure we can operate as lean a team as possible. We want to deploy AI agents and utilize as many AI tools as possible to scale the business and operation.
  • Lead mission-critical initiatives that don’t neatly fit into a single function—from evaluating new markets to launching new products.

Qualifications

  • Interested in high-growth startups.
  • Passionately about AI-enabled business.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can move quickly while staying detail-oriented
  • Passionate about clean energy, climate tech, and building a mission-driven company
  • Bonus: experience in BESS, renewables, grid tech, or infrastructure
