About the role

Logistics Lead for PingLend, a fintech focusing on underbanked credit by collateralizing assets to enable credit card access. Responsible for organizing insurance, shipping, storage, and last-mile delivery; coordinating with engineering/finance to design scalable collateral reporting; and establishing courier/drop-off networks nationwide starting in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing insurance, shipping, and storage of goods for optimal speed, efficiency, price, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and finance team to design a reporting system for collateral that is scalable.
  • Arrange courier and last-mile delivery and drop off systems throughout the country (starting with Los Angeles)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in relevant field (inferred from Experience)
  • Travel willingness for frequent trips to Los Angeles (inferred from skills)
  • Strong organizational skills (inferred from skills)
  • Firm negotiator (inferred from skills)
  • Deep knowledge of parcel shipping, last-mile delivery, insurance, etc. (inferred from skills)
