About the role
Full-time engineering role at Pesto (PingLend) in San Francisco, focusing on backend and product features for a fintech platform that enables credit card access through collateralized assets. Role emphasizes building and shipping backend services, dashboards, and eventual AI-assisted tooling for appraisals and collateral handling.
Responsibilities
- Continue the back end of our dashboard web app to show customers their credit, stored objects, and cards; allow increasing credit lines by adding new objects and shipping methods.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in engineering
- Strong self-starter with independent working skills and ownership of features from design to implementation
- Ideal: Python development, RESTful API, SQLAlchemy, Flask, NPM, Vue.js
- AWS experience
- Bay Area location strongly preferred (SF)
