Senior Video Software Engineer
About the role
Support integrations with network video recorders, video management systems, and video-capable devices, and contribute to creating and maintaining Flock’s VMS software.
Responsibilities
- Support and develop integrations with other NVRs, VMS, and video devices.
- Maintain existing integrations and develop new ones.
- Contribute to Flock’s own VMS software.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in coding.
- Experience with Video/Streaming technologies such as WebRTC, HLS, RTSP, FFmpeg, GStreamer.
- Proficiency in Go, Typescript (Node), and React or other JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), AWS Lambda, Docker.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
