Responsibilities

  • Lead backend development for the healthcare platform
  • Work primarily in Python, some Ruby, some Rust, and AWS
  • Contribute to building and improving backend systems for an AI-powered EHR

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in backend design and development
  • Python expertise
  • SQL expertise
  • Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong understanding of client and server-side performance optimization techniques
  • Comfort with ambiguity and startup product-market fit mindset
